The panelist will provide an understanding of the differences between direct capitalization and the DCF methods. They will discuss the application of the DCF technique in a mass appraisal setting. The webinar will also provide attendees with a better understanding of the required inputs for DCF calculations, such as appropriate income patterns, selection of yield rate and inclusion of reversionary value.
