Brian will demonstrate how MPAC is leveraging machine learning to modernize its mass appraisal processes. To date, MPAC has researched leveraging machine learning to develop time adjustment factors to reduce the number of traditional models that need to be built (gaining efficiencies). He’ll also discuss the next phase of research which will include putting multiple values in the system based on different models (both MRA and machine learning)
