Designed for people interested in the concepts of mass appraisal including assessors and valuation professionals, the webinar will cover the elements of the mass appraisal process, from data preparation to model development. Topics will include an overview of the steps involved in mass appraisal modeling, an introduction to regression analysis tailored for assessment purposes, the importance of data readiness and quality. Participants will also explore the use of data visualization techniques to support valuation decisions and gain a basic understanding of the statistical measures commonly used in model evaluation.
